My Background
Personal Profile
I’m a change practitioner and psychologist who helps executives, sponsors, and teams turn strategy into everyday behaviours. I blend evidence-based methods with practical tools so adoption is fast, human, and measurable. My recent work spans higher education and public sector transformations, where the challenge is often the same: too much change, not enough capacity. I help leaders protect attention, prioritise, and show visible sponsorship.
I’m Prosci® Advanced Certified with Change Portfolio Management (CPM) Foundation accreditation. My approach combines ADKAR with simple psychology—autonomy, competence, and belonging—plus portfolio thinking and AI-augmented delivery. Clients work with me for clear playbooks, sponsor coaching, and dashboards that surface readiness, risk, and impact.
